“Singing All The Songs…” is a solitary meditation on the landscape of memory and the unexpected harmonies that can occur within and without.

Nathan Townes-Anderson lives and works in New York City.

His current artistic investigation is essentially scientific and spiritual in nature: 

1. The use time-based media as an investigative or documentary instrument to illuminate connections between our inner and outer worlds. 
2. These connections can have spiritual implications, referenced by ritualistic elements such as cleansing, chanting, natural cycles and pain. 
3. As a performer, he assumes the role of the average person.  He tries to articulate his processes and results clearly so that other people could reproduce or expand upon them. 

In this way, he sees his work as part of our collective examination of the human condition.
