“The
Dance” is a cinematic study in shadows and light. Although the
experimental video’s rhythmic patterns and flicker were recorded
digitally from “nature” (swimming pool + window blinds +
ceiling fan), the end result is reminiscent of watching a projected
abstract film (celluloid).
